What’s the difference between a personal assistant and a business agent?
A personal assistant helps one person with their own email, calendar, reminders and research. A business agent handles a defined part of how a company works, such as customer inquiries or document processing, and involves shared systems, team permissions and staff training.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That’s the point of having it done for you. We handle the setup and explain what we’re doing in plain language. You’ll need to tell us how you work, approve what it can access and spend a little time learning how to use it.
Which apps and tools can you connect?
It depends on the tool and on what it allows. We check what’s actually possible during discovery, before you commit, and we’ll tell you if something can’t be connected dependably.
Will the assistant act on its own?
Only as far as you agree. Many setups are mostly summaries and drafts that you approve. AI makes mistakes, so anything important, such as messages to customers or anything involving money, should go through a person.
Do you build your own AI?
No. We use proven AI models, agent frameworks and integrations, and we focus on making them work for you. We’re not selling our own model or software platform.
Is this meant to replace my employees?
No. The goal is to take repetitive work off your team’s plate so they can spend their time on customers and judgment calls.
What does it cost?
We scope each solution before quoting it, because the cost depends on which integrations it needs, what it has to do and how much ongoing management you want. We don’t publish set prices right now, and we keep setup, ongoing management and third-party usage costs separate so you can see what you’re paying for.
