Good questions to ask
Couldn’t I set this up myself?
Possibly, and if you enjoy that kind of thing, you should try. People usually come to us because they want it working without spending their evenings on setup, connections and permissions, and they want someone to call when something changes.
Does it need access to my email and calendar?
Only if you want help with them, and only after you’ve approved it. We go over what it would access, which third-party services would process that information and how to remove access. If you’d rather keep something out of it, we leave it out.
Which apps does it work with?
That depends on the apps you use and how they allow connections. We check your specific tools during discovery and tell you what’s possible, rather than promising a list up front.
Will it send messages for me?
Only if we’ve agreed it should. A common starting point is that it drafts and you approve, and you can widen or narrow that later.
Is this only for business owners?
No. It’s for anyone juggling a lot, whether that’s a company, a demanding job or a busy life. If you want something for a whole team, look at business AI agents instead.
