Done-for-you setup
Getting an AI assistant to work well takes more than signing up for an app. It has to be configured, connected, given the right permissions, tested and explained to whoever will use it. We do that for individuals and businesses, step by step.

Step 2
What we doWe choose a suitable AI model and framework, then set up its instructions, tone and rules for when to ask.
What we need from youShare examples of good work and answer a few questions about your preferences.
Step 3
What we doWe link the approved tools and limit access to what the job needs.
What we need from youApprove each connection. Nothing gets connected without your say-so.
Step 4
What we doWe test it on realistic examples, correct what it gets wrong and show you or your team how to use it.
What we need from youTry it, tell us what’s off and learn how to correct it.
Step 5
What we doWe hand it over with notes, and can look after monitoring, updates and support from there.
What we need from youDecide whether you want ongoing management, and keep reviewing what matters.
We scope each installation individually, because the work varies with which integrations you need, what the assistant has to do and how it’ll be managed afterward.
Not every tool can be connected, and not every setup should act on its own. If something won’t work dependably, you’ll hear it from us during discovery, before you commit.
Which installation?
One person, their own accounts and their habits. Usually centers on email, calendar, reminders and research. Read about personal AI assistants.
Shared systems, several people and role-based permissions, plus employee training. Usually centers on one defined process. Read about AI agents for small businesses.
Questions
It depends on what it has to do and how many tools it connects to. We’ll give you an estimate after discovery, once we know what’s involved.
Possibly. We’d look at what you have first, then tell you whether to keep it, fix it or start over.
Please don’t send passwords through our contact form or by email. If setup needs access to an account, we’ll agree the safest way to do it, use only the access the job requires and show you how to remove it.
We’ll go through which accounts are in your name, what third-party services are involved and how a handover would work, so it’s clear before you commit.
Often, yes. We’ll show you what upkeep it needs so you can decide. If you’d rather not do that yourself, managed service is available.
